These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zoom Customs website (the “Site”), operated by Zoom Customs (“Zoom Customs”, “we”, “us”). By using this Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any price shown on this Site — including the estimate produced by our quote form — is an approximate starting estimate for information only. It is not a binding offer, contract, or final price. The final price depends on your specific vehicle, the condition and complexity of the work, the materials selected, and an in-person inspection. We will confirm the actual price with you before any work begins.

Submitting the quote form is a request for information — it does not create an appointment or a contract for services. A booking is confirmed only once we have communicated with you directly and both parties have agreed on the work, price, and date.

When you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine, honest experience, and that you are the person who received the service. You grant us permission to publish your first name, vehicle, rating, and review text on the Site. We moderate all reviews and may edit for length or clarity, decline to publish, or remove a review at our discretion — for example, if it contains false, offensive, or unlawful content. All content on this Site — including text, photographs of our work, logos, and designs — is owned by Zoom Customs or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Any warranty on our work is described at the time of service and applies to the specific work performed. Nothing on this Site creates a warranty beyond what we agree to with you directly in writing. Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general information and may change without notice.

The Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Customs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any estimate or information shown on it. This does not limit any rights you have under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law, which continue to apply.

The Site links to third-party platforms such as our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
